D6 Announces New State-of-the-Art Wash Line Facility

D6, a leader in sustainable packaging and domestic mechanical recycling, isproud to announce the opening of its newest Circular Solutions Center (CSC), a mechanical recycling wash line facility in Longview, Texas. Set to begin operations in late February 2025, the 85,000-square-foot facility will have the capacity to process an impressive 150 million pounds of recycled materials annually, including PET bottles, thermoforms, PP, HDPE, and LDPE. This facility further solidifies D6’s commitment to innovative, vertically integrated solutions with a particular focus on tray-to-tray recycling, helping to drive progress within the circular economy. The new facility is poised to have a significant local impact, creating approximately 30+ new jobs in the Longview area. The one-of-a-kind facility also boasts a self-controlled water system, allowing D6 to treat the water used in processing for re-use, never sending wastewater back into the community. Designed with advanced sortation and mechanical recycling capabilities, D6's CSC stands out as a unique leader in the industry, combining environmental responsibility with operational excellence.
